Marta Grace is a Broker, wife and mother of 3. She is driven by her passion to change the real estate industry in Kansas City and owns and manages a real estate brokerage with over 300 agents closing 264 million in sales volume in 2018 and property management company in which she manages over 63 million in assets. She also owns 11 million dollars in assets as residential and commercial buildings throughout Missouri and Kansas. As a broker for both of these companies, her goal is to train her agents to bring back customer service and integrity into these industries. She has been recognized with awards for Excellence in Leadership by the international United Real Estate Headquarters in 2017 and was featured in Inc 5000 as one of KC's fastest growing companies in 2016 and 2017. Having grown in a fast and furious pace from 5 agents in 2014 to now over 150, she is most proud of still having time for each agent needs and they all boast about her support and training.  This once obstetric Registered Nurse turned to real estate in 2001 while finishing up nursing school as a hobby with her husband Pat Grace. One flip at a time she fell in love with real estate and saw how a quality home can change someone's life path. She was a pioneer in KC and was flipping homes before it was "cool".  In 2005 they opened up their own brokerage and made the tough decision to leave nursing and followed her passion for real estate. Her new passion is now her 3 beautiful children and works hard to build a company that her children can be proud of and maybe run some day. She believes in a higher purpose and is involved with several charities. She thanks God for all of her blessings and is humbled to live such and amazing life.
